เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน

(1)รับประกันซ่อมฟรีเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่บริษัทฯ เป็นผู้นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่าย, สำหรับความชำรุดอันเนื่องจากการผลิตจากโรงงานหรือจากการขนส่งของบริษัทฯ ถึงลูกค้าหรือจากการใช้งานในสภาพปกติและถูกต้องตามคู่มือการใช้งาน

(2) บริษัทฯจะยกเลิกการรับประกันตามเหตุการณ์ต่อไปนี้แม้ว่าความเสียหายนั้นจะอยู่ในช่วงการรับประกันโดยผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระค่าบริการตามปกติ

(2.1) บัตรรับประกันมีรอยแก้ไข. ขูดขีด, ฉีกขาด, ส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดสูญหายและหรือข้อความไม่สมบูรณ์

(2.2) เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์หรือผิดวิธีและการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ จากการทดลอง การนำไปสาธิตการใช้แรงดันไฟฟ้าไม่ได้มาตรฐาน

(2.3) มีการตรวจซ่อม. ดัดแปลง, ต่อเติมแก้ไข, ทุกกรณีโดยบุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัทฯ จนเกิดความเสียหายก่อนนำมาที่ศูนย์บริการ

(2.4) ความเสียหายอันเกิดจากความประมาท, เลินเล่อ, เจตนาทำให้เสียหายหรือรู้เท่าไม่ถึงการณ์, การปรับหรือตัดแปลงตัวเครื่องหรืออะไหล่หรือใช้สินค้าในสถานที่ที่ไม่เหมาะสมทั้งด้านอุณหภูมิและความชื้น, การใช้งานผิดวิธีนอกเหนือจากคู่มือแนะนำการใช้งาน

(2.5) ความเสียหายอันเกิดจากภัยธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม, อัคคีภัย ตกน้ำ. ความชื้น ถูกสารเคมี, อุบัติเหตุใดๆ การขนส่ง, การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ผิดแบบ การกระทำของสัตว์ชนิดต่างๆ จากการกัดกร่อนของสารเคมี เช่น แบตเตอรี่ที่เสื่อมหรือหมดสภาพ, ขาดการดูแลรักษาหรือจากเหตุสุดวิสัย

(3) กรณีที่มีการบริการถอด, ติดตั้งนอกสถานที่, ผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระคำาบริการและค่าขนส่งตามอัตราที่ทางบริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้

(4) กรณีที่จัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อรับการบริการโดยทางพัสดุไปรษณีย์หรือขนส่งใดๆจะต้องบรรจุลงกล่องหรือหีบห่อให้เรียบร้อย, ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งและค่าประกันความเสียหายอันเนื่องจากการขนส่งนั้นทั้งไปและกลับผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องเป็นผู้ชำระค่าใช้จ่ายเองทั้งหมด

(5) กรณีบัตรรับประกันหาย ทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ออกบัตรรับประกันใบใหม่แต่จะยึดถือข้อมูลตามบัตรรับประกันที่ได้มีการลงทะเบียนไว้เท่านั้น

(6) บัตรรับประกันเป็นเพียงสิทธิ์ในการรับบริการโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเท่านั้น ไม่ถือเป็นหลักฐานในการอ้างสิทธิ์ความเป็นเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์

(7) สินค้าที่สั่งซื้อผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุร้านค้าที่ซื้อ และ ไม่มีลายเซ็นต์กำกับ จะนับวันรับประกันจาก ใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบส่งสินค้า ขึ้นอยู่กับวันไหนช้าที่สุด
